As the official Professional Congress Organizer (PCO) for EWCPS 2027, CONVIN S.A has secured a wide range of hotel rooms across various categories, all conveniently located either within walking distance or a short commute from the Megaron International Conference Centre , the official Conference venue.

To ensure a comfortable and convenient stay for all participants, accommodation has been arranged at specially negotiated, competitive rates, exclusively available to EWCPS 2027 attendees.

Participants are strongly encouraged to book their accommodation as early as possible, preferably before the early registration deadline, as Athens is a highly popular destination.

Hotel rooms will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Please note that group bookings are subject to different terms and conditions and cannot be processed through the online system.
